преси. На конкретних прикладах проілюстровано, як відбувалося
навчання редакторів та авторів таких газет. Виокремлено позитивні та негативні аспекти стінних газет: безпосередніми учасниками створення чергових номерів стіннівок було широке коло
громадян, незалежно від статі і віку, які вміли писати (цей газетний нововинахід із самого початку мав на меті відбити життя і
діяльність якогось конкретного колективу, сприяючи впровадженню в маси соціалістичних ідей); стінні газети – найрозповсюдженіші і найближчі до людини за своєю географічною прив’язкою.
Утім, не всі статті привертали увагу читачів, проте вони завжди «тримали руку на пульсі часу». Серед негативних явищ цього процесу слід відзначити непрофесіоналізм робсількорів та використання двох форм ідеологічної зброї: або похвали, або осуду, критики.
Характерною особливістю є також обходження «слизьких» питань.
Цей вид періодики був школою підготовки журналістських кадрів
із низових колективів. Незважаючи на ідеологічну спрямованість
і контроль, він сприяв вихованню любові до рідного слова і мови.
The article is devoted to the wall newspapers of the Sumy region of the
Soviet era as a type of large-circulation press.
The aim of the study is to characterize the region’s wall newspapers as a
separate type of Soviet local periodicals in the press system of the Ukrainian SSR.
The historical-chronological method was used, as well as general scientific
methods of analysis and synthesis.
The features of the composition of this type of publications, the principles of
content filling, genre modifications, forms are revealed. Statistical data on the
main composition and number of editorial boards of that period are presented.
The main tasks of the grassroots press are noted. On specific examples, it is
illustrated how the training of editors and authors of such newspapers took place.
The positive and negative aspects of wall newspapers are highlighted: a wide
range of citizens, regardless of gender and age, who knew how to write, were
direct participants in the creation of the next issues of wall newspapers; this
new newspaper invention was originally intended to reflect the life and activities
of a particular collective, at the same time contributing to the introduction
of socialist ideas into the masses; wall newspapers are the most widespread
and closest to a person in terms of their geographic location. However, not all
articles attracted the attention of readers, but they always «kept their finger
on the pulse of the times.» Among the negative phenomena of this process, one
should note the unprofessionalism of the agricultural workers and the use of
two forms of ideological weapons: either praise, or condemnation, or criticism.
A characteristic feature is also the avoidance of «slippery» issues.
This type of periodicals was a school for training journalistic personnel
from grassroots collectives. Despite the ideological orientation and control, it
promoted love for the native word and speech.
