Доведено, що для вітчизняного промислового підприємства при формуванні програм екологічно спрямованого інвестиційного розвитку варто використовувати інструментарій сучасного планування та моделювання екологізації діяльності і вдосконалення бізнес-процесів. Для розв’язання проблеми екологічно спрямованого удосконалення бізнес-процесів варто проводити моделювання та оцінювання їх впливу на результати діяльності, що дозволяє визначити, на якому рівні нині знаходиться підприємство та які його перспективи розвитку та можливості удосконалення діяльності. У статті представлено результат моделювання етапів стратегії екологізації діяльності промислового підприємства на підставі платформи моделювання «Ramus Modeler» сучасних платформ SADT – діаграм (від англ. – «Structured analysis and design technique»). Пропонується визначати та регламентувати основні етапи програми природоохоронного інвестиційного розвитку на підставі їх моделювання з використанням пакету прикладних програм ARIS (від англ. – Architecture of Integrated Information Systems). Представлено результат моделювання етапів удосконалення природоохоронної діяльності промислового підприємства в стандарті функціонального моделювання – IDEF0 (Integration Definition for Function Modeling) програмного забезпечення «Ramus Modeler». Доведено, що отримана в результаті моделювання контекстна діаграма (функціональна діаграма вищого рівня) та її декомпозиція надає наочний детальний опис етапів екологізації діяльності, а також мети, завдань, очікуваних результатів та існуючих ресурсів, механізмів управління та забезпечення, вхідної та вихідної документації, відповідальних осіб та інше, що дозволяє встановлювати можливі недоліки та внести необхідні зміни. Environmental and economic regulation involves the influence of governmental and non-governmental bodies on the functioning and development of the national economic system, industries and enterprises through a set of tools and levers of environmental and economic orientation. It is well-proven that for a domestic industrial enterprise at forming of the programs of the ecologically directed investment development it costs to use the tool of the modern planning and design of ecologization of activity and perfection of business processes. For the decision of problem of the ecologically directed improvement of business processes it costs to conduct a design and evaluation of their influence on the results of activity, that allows to define, at what level presently there are an enterprise and what his prospects of development and possibility of improvement of activity. In the article the result of design of the stages of strategy of ecologization of activity of industrial enterprise is presented on the basis of platform of design of «Ramus Modeler» of modern platforms of SADT – diagrams (Structured of analysis and design technique). In the article it is suggested to determine and regulate the basic stages of the program of nature protection investment development on the basis of their design with the use of application of ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) package. In the article the result of design of the stages of improvement of nature protection activity of industrial enterprise is presented in the standard of functional design – IDEF0 (Integration Definition for of Function Modeling) of «Ramus Modeler» software.
