In a search for novel, high-reactivity, α-nucleophiles we examined the kinetics of decomposition of 4-nitrophenyldiethyl phosphonate (NPDEPN) by Н₂О₂/NH₄HCO₃/HО⁻ at рН 7.7—10.4.
