Probably, it is a real endoparasitization (the second case in Monogenea, subfamily Ancyrocephalinae). A Tim species — Diplectanotrema priacanthi sp. n. is described on the basis of the presence of chitinoid accesory piece, ovary position, configuration peculiarities of the second pair of terminal anchors and transverse bar of the first pair, as well as of body dimensions.
