The analysis of peculiarities of the spatial distribution of the amplitudes of some harmonics of time series spectra of the air ground temperature above the Northern Eurasia reveals their intraspectral variability not only in time, but also in space. This feature indicates a fractal-wave structure of the spectral variability of the processes and the fields in time. The obtained results allow us to assume a similar structure of the variability in space.
