На материале коллекций ведущих зоологических учреждений Европы сделан обзор 32 видов рода Brachycaudus Goot фауны Восточной Европы, приведены данные по систематике, распространению, растений-хозяев тлей, а также некоторые еколого-фаунис-тические наблюдения за наиболее распространенными и полиморфными видами. 32 Eastern European species of the genus Brachycaudus Goot are reviewed. This paper is based mainly on the collection of the Schmalhausen Institute of Zoology, Kiev with addition of material deposited in the Zoological Institute, St. Petersburg, Institute of Zoology, Cisinru, Moldova, and the Museum of Natural History, London, and numerous material sent from Lithuania, Czechia and France. The information on taxonomy, geographical distribution, host-plants as well as some ecological and faunistic data on the most widespread and the most polymorphic species are presented.
