Two of them, Specutimermis subtilis (S c h m ass m.) and Lancetmermis zschokkei (D a d a y), are referred to the previously known species; six species, Hydromermis chasmogama sp. n., H. transversalis sp. n., Limnomermis alimovi sp. n., L. cyclocauda sp. n., L. muticata sp. n. and Gastromermis zelenetskoensis sp. n. are described as new ones. The new species belong to the known genera and some of them are morphologically similar to the species described previously from Estonia and the Vashutkian Lakes in the Pechora river system.
