Digital Library of Periodicals of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine| Резюме: | Dendrolaelaps moserisimilis Shcherbak, sp. n.- closely related to D. moseri, having the common features: absence of M₁, and Vl₃ at all developmental stages, presence in adults of a microcheta on II coxae, S₈ and M₁₁ are shorter in females and deutonymphs than in males and protonymphs. From D. moseri it differs in short peritremes, medial scleronodules position, deep incision on the ventro-anal shield centre and in large lateral, projection at the tibial II tip, in the shape of genital and ventro-anal shields in female, long V in deutonymph and D₈, M₇, M₈, M₉ in pronymph, as well as in number and shape of denticles on the hind dorsal shields. Type-material: holotype ♂; 8 ♂, 13 ♀ paratypes, Poltava, Ukrainian SSR, under bark of a poplar; deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Ukrainian SSR Academy of Sciences (Kiev).
