Summary:The representatives of gall midge genera Catotricha Edw. and Congramastix End. are for the first time found within USSR, all of them are described as new. C. marinae sp. n.-Sc free, M stem shorter than fork; C. subterranea sp. n.-only two ocelli are present; G. major sp. n. and G. minor sp. n.-eye bridge of 3 facets wide, the two species differ from each other by wing venation. Mangogrostix gen. n. is established to include Gongromastix orientalis Grover. Anaretella borealis sp. n. and A. corniculata sp. n. are similar to Nearctic A. iola Pritch. Zygoneura mohrigi sp. n. differs from other species by morphology of distal clasp segment in the male genitalia.
