P. bicolor, sp. n. is described on a single holotype male specimen; similar to P. altaicus · (E s c h.), but good eliffers by color and form of pronotum, antennae and aoedeagus; East Kazakhstan, spurs of the Tarbagatai Mountain range, Urdzhar.
