Досліджено можливість реєстрації конверсійних електронів у широкому діапазоні енергій детектуючою системою “планарний кремнієвий неохолоджуваний детектор – металевий гадолінієвий конвертер”. Розроблено та виготовлено дослідницькі зразки детектуючих модулів. Модернізовано спектрометричну систему для реєстрації енергетичних рівнів конверсійних електронів.
