Визначено, що глобальні технологічні тренди, їх значимість, ступень впливу на трансформацію економічної системи, визначити можливостей та погроз є не постійними. Доведено, що формування нової моделі науково-технологічного розвитку пов’язано зі зміною технологічного укладу, а з іншого боку – спостерігається зворотній зв'язок, тобто неспроможністю попередньої моделі економічного росту вирішувати економічні, екологічні, соціальні та демографічні проблеми. Метою статті є обґрунтування механізму управління підприємствами в умовах трансформації економіки та оцінки ступеня впливу дисбалансів на цільових показників. Визначено, що одним із напрямів негативного впливу дисбалансів виступає вдосконалення методів управління розвитком підприємства. Виникає потреба у кількісних оцінках дисбалансу цільових характеристик діяльності підприємства. Запропонований підхід кількісної оцінки впливу дисбалансів на цільові показники підприємства. Даний підхід є необхідним для підтвердження експертних оцінок, які отриманих у процесі статистичних досліджень. Обґрунтовано, розробку механізму підвищення ефективності управління розвитку підприємством за показниками дисбалансу цільових характеристик. The article examines the essence of the concept of "transformation" and the peculiarities of globalization trends. It was determined that global technological trends, their significance, the degree of influence on the transformation of the economic system, identifying opportunities and threats are not permanent. It is proven that the formation of a new model of scientific and technological development is connected with a change in the technological structure, and on the other hand, there is a feedback loop, that is, the inability of the previous model of economic growth to solve economic, ecological, social and demographic problems. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the mechanism of enterprise management in the conditions of economic transformation and to assess the degree of influence of imbalances on target indicators. It was determined that one of the directions of the negative impact of imbalances is the improvement of enterprise development management methods. There is a need for quantitative assessments of the imbalance of the target characteristics of the enterprise's activity. The proposed approach of quantitative assessment of the impact of imbalances on the target indicators of the enterprise. This approach is necessary to confirm expert assessments obtained in the process of statistical research.
