Il s’agit ici de saisir la façon de «faire sien» l’espace de travail, de comprendre les stratégies de bienVetre développées par les employés, les moyens mis en oeuvre pour s’adapter, contourner la norme imposée par les instances hiérarchiques, et finalement créer d’autres usages qui se figent éventuellement dans de nouvelles normes.
The working space is determined by activity, which is carried out in it. Here speech goes about specific equipment. So, the doctrine about offices defines connection between space, workplace and material culture. That is, the elements of material culture specify actually work, system of seniority of spaces and enable to consider opportunities of use of nonVworking time. Here speech goes about the way of «assignment» of the worker space, understanding of strategy, which are applied by the workers to achievement of wellVbeing, means of the adaptation, rejection from norms, which are imposed by managing instances and, eventually, establishment of other rules, which will be ratified if necessary in new norms.
