Сучасні мілітарні виклики в Україні поставили перед державою і суспільством завдання оптимізації безпекової стратегії в інтересах зміцнення національної обороноздатності та стійкості. У статті проаналізовано синергетичний потенціал і аналітичний ресурс регіоналістики у формуванні гуманітарної складової національної безпеки та інституалізації українських безпекових студій, прогнозуванні геополітичних ризиків та загроз, виробленні дієвих механізмів вирішення територіальних конфліктів, проясненні витоків проблем комунікативного взаємо(не)розуміння. Показано, що використання регіонально-просторових кластерів у формуванні гуманітарної складової безпекової стратегії забезпечить переосмислення ісця і ролі гуманітарних чинників у суспільному розвитку, оновлення теоретичних засад національної безпеки та розроблення європейських моделей регіональної політики України. Modern military challenges in Ukraine have set the state and society the task of optimizing the security strategy in the interests of strengthening national defense capability and stability. The article analyzes the synergistic potential and analytical resource of regional studies in the formation of the humanitarian component of national securi ty and the institutionalization of Ukrainian security studies, the forecasting of geopolitical risks and threats, the development of effective mechanisms for resolving territorial conflicts, and the clarification of the origins of the problems of communicative mutual (mis)understanding. It is noted that in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the regional factor becomes an integral component in the formation of the humanitarian vector of security policy and actualizes a comprehensive understanding of the spatial history of Ukrainian society in the military and security context. It has been proven that in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine, regional characteristics acquire the role of structural and functional determinants that stimulate and enhance the effectiveness of reconstruction processes in the regions and condition the formation of a national security environment. The use of regional-spatial clusters in the formation of the humanitarian component of the security strategy will enable rethinking of the place and role of humanitarian factors in social development, updating the theoretical foundations of national security, and developing European models of Ukraine’s regional policy.
