Досліджено коло особливих аспектів проектного підходу для безпеки-бізнес процесів та обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження методології проджект-менеджменту для інтеграції бізнес-процесів та безпеки в умовах євроінтеграції та розвитку інформаційних технологій, як ключових факторів успіху сучасного бізнесу. Визначено ключові принципи та інструменти управління проектами з інтеграції бізнес-процесів та безпеки, обґрунтовано практичні рекомендації з методології проєктного управління для розвитку та безпеки ІТ-бізнесу. Сформовано підходи власного бачення особливостей використання проектного підходу розвитку та безпеки бізнес-процесів суб'єктів ІТ-бізнесу в умовах євроінтеграційних викликів. Виконано аналіз наукових публікацій для розуміння нового тренду у зміні підходу до бізнесу, трансформації ринку ІТ-сфери, використання методології проєктного управління, гібридних технологій та технологій штучного інтелекту. В умовах євроінтеграційних викликів та невизначеності обґрунтовано особливості методології проєктного підходу розвитку та безпеки ІТ-бізнесу побудованої на пріоритетах посилення кадрового потенціалу на ключових цінностях сприяння бізнесового та особистого розвитку з використанням гібридних технологій проектного управління. Доведено залежність розвитку ІТ-компаній від попиту на їх послуги/продукти в умовах війни. Зазначено роль бізнес-аналізу поточного стану і бізнес-потреб компанії у стратегії впровадження змін для поєднання процесного та проєктного підходів. The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of using the project management methodology for the development and security of business processes of IT business entities in the context of European integration challenges and uncertainty. The article examines a range of special aspects of the project approach for the security of business processes and substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of researching the project management methodology for the integration of business processes and security in the context of European integration and the development of information technologies, as key factors for the success of modern business. The key principles and tools of project management for the integration of business processes and security are determined, and practical recommendations on the project management methodology for the development and security of IT business are substantiated. The approaches of one's own vision of the features of using the project approach to the development and security of business processes of IT business entities in the conditions of European integration challenges were formed. An analysis of scientific publications was performed to understand the new trend in changing the approach to business, transforming the IT market, using project management methodology, hybrid technologies and artificial intelligence technologies. In the conditions of European integration challenges and uncertainty, the features of the methodology of the project approach to the development and security of IT business, built on the priorities of strengthening human resources on the key values of promoting business and personal development using hybrid project management technologies, were substantiated. The dependence of the development of IT companies on the demand for their services/products in war conditions was proven.
