Обґрунтовано регіонально-територіальний рівень корпоративної соціальної відповідальності бізнесу, під час війни, як необхідну складову ефективної діяльності суб’єктів господарювання в цих умовах.
Запропоновано шляхи, інструментарій та засоби активізації розвитку соціальної відповідальності в умовах підприємств та організацій ОТГ. Визначено напрями щодо підвищення її рівня в воєнних та повоєнних умовах. Запропоновано удосконалення механізмів соціальної відповідальності та організацію взаємовідносин між державними органами влади, органами самоврядування, профспілками, політиками, іншими громадськими об’єднаннями. Рекомендовано інструменти розподілу відповідальності між ними, що може суттєво сприяти підвищенню рівня ефективності співпраці.
Враховуючи вступ, у перспективі України до НАТО та ЄС, обґрунтовано доцільність формування згаданих механізмів на Міжнародному досвіді. Інформаційна база процесу повинна відображати поточний стан соціально-економічного розвитку суб’єктів господарювання в контексті підвищення економічної конкурентоспроможності національних підприємств у Європейському середовищі та враховуючи вимоги відновлення виробничої та сервісної інфраструктури, покращення якості життя населення, а також можливостей оперативного управлінського реагування на виклики воєнного часу.
The article makes an attempt to investigate the peculiarities of the development of social responsibility in regional and territorial conditions (localization of the association of territorial communities) during the martial law and in the post-war period. They identified its main manifestations and proposed measures not only to speed up their implementation in today’s realities in Ukraine, but also in the context of Ukraine’s accession to NATO and the EU. The regional-territorial level of corporate social responsibility of business during the war is substantiated as a necessary component of the effective activity of economic entities in these conditions. Ways, tools and means of activating the development of social responsibility in the conditions of territorial enterprises and organizations are proposed. The directions for increasing its level in war and post-war conditions have been determined. The improvement of social responsibility mechanisms and the organization of relations between state authorities, self-government bodies, trade unions, politicians, and other public associations are proposed. Tools for sharing responsibility between them are recommended, which can significantly contribute to increasing the level of cooperation.
Taking into account Ukraine’s future accession to NATO and the EU, the expediency of forming the mentioned mechanisms is substantiated based on international experience. The information base of the process should reflect the current state of the socio-economic development of business entities in the context of increasing the economic competitiveness of national enterprises in the European environment and taking into account the requirements of restoring production and service infrastructure, improving the quality of life of the population, as well as the capabilities of operational management response to the challenges of wartime.
