Проаналізовано інтеграцію екологічних і культурних аспектів у формування сучасних туристичних і готельних сервісів, що сприяє підвищенню конкурентоспроможності та сталості галузі. Визначено пріоритетні напрями розвитку інфраструктури, що забезпечують ефективне поєднання економічних, соціальних та екологічних інтересів у сфері гостинності. Детально досліджуються стратегічні підходи до екокультурного відновлення та розвитку інфраструктури гостинності як ключових чинників забезпечення сталого розвитку зеленого туризму в територіальних громадах. Зроблено акцент на інтеграції екологічних, культурних і соціально-економічних аспектів у процес формування туристичної інфраструктури, що має на меті не лише підвищення якості обслуговування, а й збереження природної та культурної спадщини регіону. В умовах євроінтеграції особливо актуальним стає впровадження європейських стандартів екологічної відповідальності, управління якістю та інноваційних підходів до розвитку туристичної інфраструктури, що сприяє адаптації індустрії гостинності до вимог єдиного ринку ЄС та посиленню її інвестиційної привабливості. Автори аналізують роль місцевих громад у формуванні конкурентоспроможних туристичних продуктів, які відповідають принципам екологічної відповідальності та підтримують розвиток локальної економіки. Розглянуто сучасні практики, що сприяють гармонійному поєднанню традиційних культурних цінностей з інноваційними рішеннями в інфраструктурі гостинності, зокрема розвиток екологічно чистих засобів розміщення, транспортної мережі та сервісів, орієнтованих на збереження біорізноманіття та природних ресурсів. Визначено основні виклики та перспективи впровадження комплексних екокультурних стратегій, що враховують локальні особливості та потреби територіальних громад. У роботі запропоновано низку рекомендацій для органів місцевого самоврядування, бізнесу та громадських організацій щодо розробки і впровадження ефективних заходів з метою підтримки сталого розвитку індустрії гостинності в зеленому туризмі. Особлива увага приділяється необхідності міжсекторальної співпраці, залучення інвестицій і підвищення екологічної свідомості серед учасників туристичного ринку. Таким чином, дослідження сприяє глибшому розумінню механізмів і стратегій, що дозволяють територіальним громадам максимально ефективно використовувати свої природні та культурні ресурси для розвитку екологічно сталого зеленого туризму, забезпечуючи при цьому соціально-економічне зростання і покращення якості життя місцевого населення. The article examines the main approaches to ecocultural transformation and infrastructural improvement of the hospitality industry in the context of service economy development and under the conditions of European integration. It analyzes the integration of environmental and cultural aspects in the formation of modern tourism and hospitality services, which contributes to enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector. Priority directions for infrastructure development are identified, ensuring an effective combination of economic, social, and environmental interests in the hospitality sphere. The study explores in detail strategic approaches to ecocultural restoration and the development of hospitality infrastructure as key factors for ensuring the sustainable development of green tourism within local communities. Emphasis is placed on the integration of ecological, cultural, and socio-economic aspects in the process of forming tourism infrastructure, aimed not only at improving service quality but also at preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the region. In the context of European integration, the implementation of European standards of environmental responsibility, quality management, and innovative approaches to tourism infrastructure development becomes particularly relevant. This supports the adaptation of the hospitality industry to the requirements of the EU single market and enhances its investment attractiveness. The authors analyze the role of local communities in the creation of competitive tourism products that align with the principles of environmental responsibility and support the development of the local economy. The article reviews current practices that contribute to the harmonious integration of traditional cultural values with innovative solutions in hospitality infrastructure, particularly the development of eco-friendly accommodations, transport networks, and services focused on biodiversity conservation and the sustainable use of natural resources. It outlines the main challenges and prospects for implementing comprehensive ecocultural strategies that take into account local characteristics and the needs of territorial communities. The paper provides a number of recommendations for local authorities, businesses, and public organizations regarding the development and implementation of effective measures aimed at supporting the sustainable development of the hospitality industry in green tourism. Special attention is given to the need for cross-sectoral cooperation, attracting investment, and raising environmental awareness among tourism market participants.
