У статті виконано системний аналіз проблем і тенденцій розвитку світових авіакомпаній і ринку авіаційних перевезень в умовах глобальної економічної кризи . Показано проблеми
 їх поточного та стратегічного розвитку й можливості їх подолання шляхом структрних змін у галузі й поліпшення управлінського інструментарію. Окреслено актуальні напрямки теоретичних розробок, які можуть підвищити ефективність роботи авіакомпаній у зазначених
 умовах. In the article the analysis of the systems of problems and progress of world airlines trends is executed in the
 conditions of global economic crisis market of air transportations. Unity of problems is marked them current and
 strategic development and possibility of their overcoming by the way of struktrnikh changes in industries and
 improvements of administrative tool. Outlined actual directions of theoretical developments, which can promote
 efficiency of work of airlines in the noted terms.
