У статті представлено методологію для виявлення аномалій у поведінці великої рогатої худоби, що ґрунтується на мінімізації суми модулів відхилень спостережень від оптимальної лінії. Наведено стислий огляд сучасних підходів до проблеми та продемонстровано, що задача виявлення аномалій зводиться до оцінки параметрів у разі простої лінійної регресійної моделі.
