Узагальнено вітчизняний та зарубіжний досвід еколого-економічного оцінювання використання водних ресурсів. Зокрема, описані принципи еколого-економічного оцінювання, характерні для країн Європи: cost-benefit analysis, комплексний аналіз, принцип розширеної просторової й часової перспективи, функціональної різноманітності, принцип залученості та ін. У висновках наголошено на необхідності спеціальної служби моніторингу стану водних ресурсів із представництвами в усіх регіонах України. Generalized domestic and foreign experience of ecological and economic evaluation of the use of water resources. In particular, described principles of ecological and economic evaluation is typical for the countries of Europe: the principle of economic efficiency and cost-benefit analysis, the principle of integrated analysis, the principle of an extended spatial and temporal perspective, the principle of functional diversity maintenance, the principle of long term planning and precaution, the principle of inclusion. In conclusions it is marked the necessity of the special service of monitoring of the state of water resources with representative offices in all regions of Ukraine.
