У статті окреслено пріоритетні завдання оптимізації структурної будови інноваційно-інвестиційного потенціалу в умовах трансформаційної економіки. Визначено умови та основні принципи формування інноваційного та науково-технічного потенціалів регіону. Сформульовано індикатори рейтингової оцінки інвестиційного потенціалу регіону. Проаналізовано рівень інноваційної активності областей України за кількістю промислових підприємств, що впроваджували інновації. In the article outlined foreground jobs optimization of structural structure innovativ e of inv estment potential. A de cisi on innovative of inv stment potential is grounded in the conditions of market economy. Terms and basic principles of forming of innovative and scientific and technical potentials of region are certain. The indicators of rating estimation of investment potential of region are formulated. The level of innovative activity of regions is analysed after the amount of industrial enterprises which inculcated innovations.
