Traumatism on the railway transport is one of the main reasons of primary invalidity and determines nearly 15% of all cases of stable loss of ability to work/ The majority of the persons with traumata (87,2%) began and finished their treatment in ambulances and policlinics. Òðàâìàòèçì ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé îäíó
èç îñíîâíûõ ïðè÷èí èíâàëèäíîñòè è ñìåðò-
íîñòè íàñåëåíèÿ. Åãî âûñîêàÿ ðàñïðîñòðà-
íåííîñòü ñðåäè òðóäîñïîñîáíîé ÷àñòè íà-
ñåëåíèÿ ïðèâîäèò ê áîëüøèì ñîöèàëüíûì è
ýêîíîìè÷åñêèì ïîòåðÿì.
Ñðåäè ïîñòðàäàâøèõ ïðè íàåçäàõ áûëè
ðàáîòíèêè æåëåçíîäîðîæíîãî òðàíñïîðòà
(1,5 % îò îáùåãî ÷èñëà), ïðè÷åì 1/3 èç íèõ
ïîãèáëà, à îñòàëüíûå ïîëó÷èëè òðàâìû è óâå-
÷üÿ.
Ïî ÷èñëó ñëó÷àåâ òðàâìàòèçì ñîñòàâëÿ-
åò ñðåäè æåëåçíîäîðîæíèêîâ-ìóæ÷èí 5,8 íà
100 ðàáîòàþùèõ (èëè 8,5 % ê èòîãó), ïî ÷èñëó
äíåé íåòðóäîñïîñîáíîñòè-99,7íà 100 ðàáî-
òàþùèõ (èëè 14,8 % ê èòîãó), ïðè ýòîì ñðåä-
íÿÿ äëèòåëüíîñòü 1 ñëó÷àÿ ðàâíà 9,9 êàëåí-
äàðíûõ äíåé.
Òðàâìàòèçì íà æåëåçíîäîðîæíîì
òðàíñïîðòå ÿâëÿåòñÿ îäíîé èç îñíîâíûõ ïðè-
÷èí ïåðâè÷íîé èíâàëèäíîñòè è îïðåäåëÿåò
îêîëî 15 % âñåõ ñëó÷àåâ ñòîéêîé óòðàòû òðó-
äîñïîñîáíîñòè.
Áîëüøèíñòâî áîëüíûõ ñ òðàâìàìè (87,2
%) íà÷èíàëè è çàêàí÷èâàëè ëå÷åíèå â àìáó-
ëàòîðíî-ïîëèêëèíè÷åñêèõ ó÷ðåæäåíèÿõ, ÷òî
óêàçûâàåò íà âåäóùóþ ðîëü ýòèõ ó÷ðåæäåíèé
çäðàâîîõðàíåíèÿ êàê â îðãàíèçàöèè òðàâìà-
òîëîãè÷åñêîé ïîìîùè, òàê è â ïðîôèëàêòè-
÷åñêîé ðàáîòå.
Ïîâûøåíèå ýôôåêòèâíîñòè ðàáîòû ïî
ñíèæåíèþ è ïðîôèëàêòèêå òðàâìàòèçìà íà
ïðåäïðèÿòèÿõ æåëåçíîäîðîæíîãî òðàíñïîð-
òà ñâÿçàíî ñ äåÿòåëüíîñòüþ âåäîìñòâåííûõ
ñëóæá è ïîäðàçäåëåíèé ïî îõðàíå òðóäà è
òåõíèêå áåçîïàñíîñòè, íà êîòîðûå âîçëàãà-
þòñÿ ôóíêöèè ñèñòåìàòè÷åñêîãî ó÷åòà è àíà-
ëèçà âñåõ ñëó÷àåâ ïðîèçâîäñòâåííîãî òðàâ-
ìàòèçìà, îáúåêòèâíîãî âûÿâëåíèÿ è îïåðà-
òèâíîãî óñòðàíåíèÿ ïðè÷èí òðàâìàòèçìà,
îáó÷åíèÿ ðàáîòàþùèõ áåçîïàñíûì íàâûêàì
è ïðèåìàì òðóäà.
