The specific of railway transport requires and adequate medical treatment and renewal of the health of its workers. Special requirement are made to the persons managing the moving objects. Reception of definite medications by the machinists, working controller-statements, station-mobile services presents a substantial danger. Now there is a tendency to both intensification of movement, and increase of application of medications administrated by doctors, and taken by workers as a self-treatment remedies. In some cases alternative methods of treatment (acupuncture, homoeopathy, phytotherapy, manual therapy, aromatherapy) can be used both independently or in complex. Includes in the complex treatment these methods can maximally affect an organism as an integral structure. The advantages of alternative methods ( integral approach to a human being; individual choice of treatment; preventive character; lack of side effects; possibility of their combination with synthetic preparations, etc.) allow to recommend them in specific occupational groups, the railroaders are.
