Метою роботи є вивчення генетичного поліморфізму Toll-like рецепторів 4 типу у хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу. Нами була обстежена група з 60 хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу, що знаходились на стаціонарному лікуванні в ендокринологічному відділенні КРУ «КЛ ім. Н.А. Семашко». При аналізі поширеності поліморфізму Asp299gly у хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу було встановлено, що генотип GG мають 6,67% хворих, що достовірно відрізняється від групи котроля. Крім того, виявлено, що частота аллеля G достовірно відмінна в групі хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу і контрольній групі. Таким чином, встановлено, що аллель G гена TLR4 маркірує підвищений ризик розвитку цукрового діабету 2 типу у вивченій вибірці. The purpose of this work is a study of genetic polymorphism of Toll-like receptors type 4 in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. 60 patients with different severity of DM type 2, in age qualification from 40 to 80 years old, being on stationary treatment in the endocrinology department of the Crimean Republic Organization «Clinical hospital named after N.A.Semashko» were studied. By the analysis of prevalence of polymorphism of Asp299Gly in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was set, that 6,67% patients have genotype GG, that differs from the control group. In addition, it was exposed, that frequency of G allel is different in the group of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and in the control group. Thus, it was set that allel G of gene of TLR4 is marked by the increased risk of development of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the studied selection.
