Проаналізовано три різні методи синтезу оксидних нанопорошків Ce0,8Gd0,2O2-δ. Bстановлено, що застосування гідротермальної обробки до попередньо синтезованих оксидних порошків дає змогу отримати задовільну морфологію частинок.
