Shevchenko Chernihiv State Pedagogical University worked in Lyubech of Chernihiv Oblast. Archaeological research was conducted in the area of restoration of the 18th c. house. The layers from the 12th to 20th centuries were uncovered in the trenches around the building. As a result of archaeological works the building horizons of house (the beginning of 18th c., the end of the 19th c., and the middle of the 20th c.) were recorded.
