The Shestovytsya International Archaeological Expedition continued investigations on the territory of the archaeological complex, situated in Korovel tract near the village Shestovytsya not far from Chernihiv. Several buildings and industrialdomestic pits and lefts of a street passage of the 10th c. measured by ditches from homestead fences and a foundation pit of a dwelling of the 12th c. had been investigated on the territory of the «smith’s homestead», 200 m to the north from the site of the settlement in a new excavation area. Remains of a district planning of the 10th c. and of a household building had been found on the north-east end of the trading quarter.
