More significant positive changes in cellularity and weight indices of lymphoid organs are observed in White Giant rabbits under the intravenous and combined (intravenous with intranasal and intramuscular with subcutaneous) immunogene administration. This can be the evidence of genetic distinctive features in the immune response to BCG antigens in different rabbit species.
