Аналізується сучасне наукове розуміння поняття «конституційна юстиція», його співвідношення із суміжними поняттями. Ключові слова: конституційний контроль, конституційна юстиція. The article deals with the analysis of the scientific interpretation of the term «constitutional justice». The author gives proof of the necessity to give more precise definition to this term, reveals its actual content and correlation with the related terms, using different research methods. The article contains the specified definition of the analyzed term and propositions for the improvement of the legislative regulation of the related matters. Key words: constitutional control, constitutional justice.
