The nematode Hysterothylacium aduncum (Rud., 1802) L3 parasitizing the sagitta Sagitta setosa Muller, 1847 has been found for the first time in the Black Sea. Morphological features of larva were examined and the systematically important morphometric characteristics of found nematoda were provided. The sagitta S. setosa is considered an additional host in the life cycle of H. aduncum.
