A profound analysis of the processes occurring in the porous water at the consolidation of marine clay sediments is carried out. It allowed us to determine conditions of the transition from the filtration regime of forcing-out capillary waters to the baroosmic squeezing-out of the H2O-molecules into the system of osmotically bound waters. We have found out conditions of the beginning of the destruction of layers of osmotically bound waters in open systems. A model of the diffusion-ultrafiltration mechanism of the baroosmic process is proposed.
