При этом основное внимание уделяется наиболее характерной органелле этих цилиат — щупальцу. На основании сравнительного анализа ульстраструктуры и особенностей функционирования органелл питания сукторий и ринходид сделан вывод, что наиболее распространенная в настоящее время гипотеза о родстве этих двух групп цилиат слабообоснована. Предполагаемое сходство в структуре щупалец ринходид и щупальцевых инфузорий на самом деле является лишь внешним. Гомологи или аналоги щупальца сукторий не обнаружены и среди щупальцеподобных органелл других инфузорий. В то же время сходные с характерным для сукторий способы питания независимо сформировались у представителей различных групп жгутиконосцев. Сделан вывод, что возможные гомологи щупалец сукторий следует искать у инфузорий, питающихся подобно хищным жгутиконосцам. В качестве вероятных предков Suctorea рассматриваются подвижные, хищные цилиаты, имевшие способ питания, сходный с дидиниидами. The basic hypotheses of suctorians origin are discussed in the article. The emphasis is on the tentacle as the most typical suctorian organelle. Based on the comparative analysis both ultrastructure and function of feeding organelles in suctorian and rhynchodid ciliates was conclusioned that the recent hypothesis about the affinity between mentioned ciliate groups is little justified. The conjectured resemblance of suctorian and rhynchodid tentacles structure actually is in appearance only. The homologues or analogues of suctorian tentacle was not found among tentacle-like organelles of other taxa of infusoria. In turn the modes of feeding that are closely resemble that in Suctorea were formed independenlty in the different flagellate groups. It may be inferred that the possible homologues of suctorian tentacles should be searched among ciliates with mode of feeding that similar to mentioned carnivorous flagellates. The free-swiming predatory ciliates with mode of feeding that similar to didiniid ciliates are discussed as possible ancestors of suctorians. ru Інститут зоології ім. І. І.
