Digital Library of Periodicals of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine| Резюме: | The article suggests several points of view on the origin of Slavonic folks according to anthropological data that help to reconstruct important aspects of ethnogenic processes. The author discusses some researchers' concepts and makes his own conclusion, that the oldest anthropological origins of Slavonic culture should be looked for among wide-faced tribes of Visla-Dnipro block of cultures of neolith. It is stressed on assumptive character of the idea and the need to engage the data of anthropology and contiguous branches to develop the theory.
