In the article the authorial attention is concentrated on the stories of children and adults about unusual events and abilities that remained in the memory from an early childhood, for example, «meeting» with Grandfather Frost, Vila, by new-comers, surprising sounds, strange creatures and phenomena. By means of present knowledge about genre features the child’s histories are analyzed and the specific of audience of their listeners is examined. Unusual events and supernatural phenomena from the world of child are examined by the eyes of adults and children. Usredotočit ću se, dakle, na pripovijesti djece i odraslih o nekom neobičnom iskustvu iz djetinjstva kao što su primjerice susreti ili «susreti» s Djedom Mrazom, vilama, izvanzemaljcima, neobičnim zvukovima, ljudima, pojavama. Pri tome ću uz pomoć aktualnih znanja o žanrovima promatrati dječjeg pripovjedača, dječju izvedbu i dječju publiku kao kategorije jednakovrijedne i istovjetne kategorijama odraslog pripovjedača i njegove publike, a neobično i natprirodno u dječjem svijetu jednakovrijedno svijetu odraslih.
