It is not and should not be regarded as purely theoretical or practical in any country because of the socio-cultural processes which take place all over the world and are represented in the world’s TV-space. The author asserts that it is necessary to realize that TV is a sphere of the strategic interests of the different countries and is sometimes more important than effective activity of the military and industrial or the fuel and energy complexes, or, at least, no less important for the present and the future of the world.
