An approach is proposed which improves reliability of life cycle prediction owing to schematization of flight cycle with a criterion for reaching the maximum intensity of total strain range. Contribution of subcycles to the cumulative damage is demonstrated.
Исследовано влияние эксплуатационного нагружения, характерного для реального летного цикла, на малоцикловую усталость дисков ГТД. Предложенный подход позволяет повысить надежность прогнозирования долговечности дисков ГТД за счет схематизации летного цикла по критерию достижения максимальной интенсивности размаха полной деформации. Выполнен анализ вклада субциклов в общую повреждаемость.
