Article is devoted to the questions of progress of large business and its cooperation with small business. Authors analyze a modern economic situation of the large enterprises. The analysis of modern position of large business allows coming to the conclusion about indispensability of improvement of its activity. The large Ukrainian enterprises have problems. These problems lead to heavy consequences for the Ukrainian economy because as an economy of large business. The article is relevantas authors investigate the ways of the solution of problems of large business. The solution of these problems is in a plane of relationship of large and small business and industrial cooperation between them. The objective of article is a background of the indispensability of activization of actions of the large enterprises on progress of cooperation with small business, introductions business-process of management at the large enterprises, as well as development of positions on use of forms of cooperation for optimization of activity of large Ukrainian business. The subject matter of studying is a condition of large business and its cooperation with small business. For disclosing the subject matter of the article the methods of comparison, statistical research, and an analytical method are used. The large enterprises should pass some minor functionsto small enterprises and use cooperation with small business. Thus, conclusions prove the expediency of use of cooperation and outsourcing for optimization of management by the large enterprises and improvement of their economic situation. For successful progress of small business organizational, information, and financial backing is necessary. Large business can organize and support progress of small business. The scientific argument for formation of interest in cooperation at the large enterprises is necessary. Outsourcing is the form of cooperation, which provides the way for large business to function effectively, and optimize their management. The international experience shows that the enterprises which use outsourcing improve their activity. In Ukraine there are problems (objective and subjective) that brake the introduction of new technologies of management. The solution of these problems will allow the large enterprises to develop progressive directions of activity. The use of outsourcing assists the progress of small business and optimization of activity of the large enterprises.
