In certain cases the mediator's ability to
negotiate is essential, but in many cases it is significant that the mediator has got professional knowledge in the field the conflict relates to. Disputes concerning intellectual property are considered to be such kind of cases. Sometimes it is appropriate to carry out the mediation process with the help of two mediators skilled in various fields of activities.
