У статті висвітлюються актуальні проблеми становлення муніципалізму та його інститутів з точки зору принципів місцевого самоврядування. Показаний діалектичний взаємозв’язок між процесами становлення муніципалізму в сучасній Україні та станом реалізації принципів місцевого самоврядування. В статье освещаются актуальные проблемы становления муниципализма и его институтов с точки зрения принципов местного самоуправления. Показана диалектическая взаимосвязь между процессами становления муниципализма в современной Украине и состоянием реализации принципов местного самоуправления. The article highlights the actual issues of formation municipalizm and its institutions in terms of the principles of local self-government. The municipalizm evaluated as historical and natural evolution stage of liberalization and democratization of social and political life of civilized nations, which is determined by the objective needs of society and the need for a guarantor of social functioning. This objective requires process operation civilized democracies based on rule of law and recognition of human rights and freedoms as the highest social value. It was given analyze of theoretical and methodological issues of definition and understanding the exposing of principles of local self-government institute development in Ukraine. The analyses and evaluation of the category is carried out by understanding the principles in law, it is exposed politic and legal nature of local self-government principles, their classification and specific description. It is analyzed in detail rich in content description of local self-government principles in Ukraine and their system, the sphere of their functioning, problem of their interpretation and legalization, and also role of international standards of local self-government, are certain in their forming. The dialectical interaction between municipalizm formation in modern Ukraine and implementation of the local self-government principles were shown.
