В статье рассмотрены социальные нормы, которые могут быть изменены в короткое время, другиенормы, могут существовать веками без каких-либо существенных изменений. Продление действия социальной нормы зависит во-первых, от ее социальной значимости, ее места в иерархии норм, во-вторых, от восприятия ее членами общества (например, в случае, когда норма становится традиционной).
The article deals with social norms that can be changed in the short term, other rules may exist for centuries without any significant changes. Extension of social norms depends firstly on its social significance, its place in the hierarchy of norms, and secondly, from the perception of the society (for example, if the rate is traditional). The current time is heterogeneous, its richness of actions and events are different in different stages of social development and life of the individual. Time laid in all stages, types of human activity is subdued rhythm of time. Noted that society has always set standards of public relations in this normalization should be included and the order and sequence pattern of certain acts, transactions, actions. This method of regulation changed with the development of society, and with it changed and Order: customs, archaic law, taboo, morality, law proto-state and civilized societies. Changed and the ratio of participation of each of these phenomena in the regulation of social relations. The right most reflects the character of society, because the concentration is not only moral and other legal materials, but always feels complex and multifaceted impact of economic, philosophical, political, social, and religious and gender factors of social development. It is alleged that the social norm, including legal, by their nature static, as opposed to public relations, the essence of which is constant movement, that is time. This reality is a stream of continuous change, where people do things, working in the field of science, art, philosophy and politics, creating new benchmarks of social development. It is emphasized that social relations are gradually overgrown outdated regulations that impede the achievement of real interests and objectives of activities. Old values and social norms that exist, clutter and complicate life. Public relations reject all obsolete and creating new norms for the period are benchmarks of human life.
