Its implementation helps to achieve results in systemizing legal acts into suitable system for use. They are coherence to each other and ensure the objectives of law codification. The principles of codification are applicable principles that summarize the idea of law expression. The principles of codification determine the expression rules of legal norms. Among them are norms of planning, forecasting, using different methods of legislative technique and expertise. The principles serve as a kind of supporting structure for entire system as well as for legal acts, institutions or fields of law. The principles are the main guide for lawmaking and law enforcement. The level of consistency, stability and efficiency is strictly depends on level of compliance to the principles of legal system. The principles of law promote internal unity and interaction of various sectors and institutions of law and legal relations, subjective and objective law. The lawmaking codification should be guided by scientifically based fundamental ideas. These ideas shall be implemented in the system of legal regulation of specific legislation. Summarizing the above mentioned, it is important to underline that the principles of law play important role in the regulatory impact of law onto social relations. These principles serve as general guidelines in the law-making and enforcement.
