Также, исследованы место и роль правового поведения в современном обществе и его связь с основополагающими принципами права. This article deals with the content of such social and legal phenomena as legal behavior and legal principles. It investigats the role and place of legal behavior in modern society and its interaction with the fundamental legal principles. However, the basic principles, ideas, patterns and directions of fundamental public-legal phenomena are states in legal behavior and legal principles. The place of legal behavior and legal principles in the state, the formation of state institutions, local government, national law as an element that serves as a foundation for building are in legal, sovereign and independent, democratic, social state. It was analyzed the difference between legal behavior and other types of social behavior. It was investigated elements of legal behavior in general, which are modeled in the norms of law. The author has disclosed the possibility of further use of these concepts in the present. It was investigated the importance of legal principles which traditionally provided in the system of sources of Romano-Germanic law. It was determined the formation of general principles of law as rules of positive law, and with the country’s current legal order. The revealed provisions on ’subjective rights may be expressed or not expressed in texts of written law, but in general the nature and necessarily are used in litigation. It is determined the correct use of legal principles which largely depends on the effectiveness of lawmaking and law enforcement, judicial and other types of legal practice. It is equally important the identification and understanding of basic principles of law, which in turn significantly affect the formation of legal behavior in general. uk Інститут держави і права ім. This article deals with the content of such social and legal phenomena as legal behavior and legal principles. It investigats the role and place of legal behavior in modern society and its interaction with the fundamental legal principles.
