В статті розглянуто правовий порядок в суспільстві, який функціонує за допомогою пріоритетів та основних засад, згідно з якими він формується та діє. Такими засадами є принципи правового порядку. В статье рассмотрен правовой порядок в обществе, который функционирует с помощью приоритетов и основных принципов, согласно которым он формируется и действует. Такими принципами являются принципы правового порядка. The article is dedicated to the legal order in society, which operates with the priorities and guidelines, under which it forms and operates. These principles are the principles of legal order. It was mentioned that general social principles have to bring to prerequisite which are conditions of national and historical features of legal order in particular society. It was defined two groups of legal order principles: legitimate principles (real) which guarantee the stability as a concrete form of the legal order in general (legal nature accountability, guarantee, stability) іdeal principles which exists as a from of society interest (democracy, justice, effectiveness, stability, strength etc.). The legal order at the system of legal principles has real nature. It is necessary to differ it from principles of nature (constitutional, legitimate, regulated rights principles).
