На основании анализа взглядов ученых к пониманию определения оснований и принципов административной ответственности работников органов внутренних дел автором сделана попытка определить специфику их категориального понимания и охарактеризовать признаки. The analysis of the scientist views for understanding the concept of reason and the principles of the administrative responsibility of law enforcement officers in the article is an attempt to establish the specificity of categorical understanding and describe the features. By determining the administrative responsibility of law enforcement officers it has a number of features caused by their tasks, which follow strict unity of command and discipline for the effective implementation of prevention of crimes and other offenses, their detection and investigation, supporting law enforcement activities. Administrative offenses committed by employees of police during the performance of their official duties, are characterized by common features inherent to any administrative misconduct. The essential difference that allows them to select an independent group is the subject of attack policemen. The author argues that classification basis of principles of the administrative responsibility of policemen provides state of the complex nature of the liability of these entities, including the content and specificity of their powers. The results of the administrative responsibility of policemen in the context of the essential basis of its principles led to the conclusion that an essential aspect of the principles of the administrative responsibility of these entities has its procedural nature, which provides them the most complete implementation of the vital functions of society and requires a further analysis. uk Інститут держави і права ім.
