Автор статті досліджує принцип рівності в ґендерних відносинах; розглядає міжнародну і національну нормативні бази, спрямовані на регуляцію відносин статей, приділяє увагу проблемам реалізації права в сфері взаємин чоловіків і жінок, а також торкається питань дискримінації. Автор статьи исследует принцип равенства в гендерных взаимоотношениях; рассматривает международную и национальную нормативные базы, направленные на регуляцию отношений полов, уделяет внимание проблемам реализации права в сфере взаимоотношений мужчин и женщин, а так же касается вопросов дискриминации. The equality principle plays an important role in interaction between people. Specially it faced at modern democratic society. The principle of equality laid down in the construction of the rule of law. It is the highest value of any civilization. The equality principle holds an important place in gender relations. At the beginning of last century women began to fight for their rights. Currently the world has a whole array of legislation dedicated to the regulation of the legal status of women. This legislation provides equality in all spheres of social life and eliminates discrimination against women. In addition, the Ukrainian law also has a considerable number of special rules of law which govern the relationships between women and men, regulate gender policy, nevertheless, the movement for women’s rights still exist. Under curtain circumstances the question arises: what are these movements? (If their ultimate goal is already achieved: women and men are equal in rights). The author of this article analyzes the situation at legislation of Ukraine and its implementation in real life. Describes the current attempts to discriminate against women and discrimination against men and tells about the difference between these discriminations.
