У статті досліджуються підвалини конституціоналізму як категорії права. Аналізуються особливості загальних принципів права. В статье исследуется основы конституционализма как категории права. Анализируются особенности
 общих принципов права. The article tells us about law and possibility of its realization. In the topic you can find the basic notions of the
 principles guideline of law and also the category of law — constitutionalism. A lot of scientists dedicated their works
 to this topic. Due to the article, we should pay attention to such scientists as N. Onischenko, N. Malyavytskaya,
 M. Kozyubra , S. Alekseev, S. Krusyan, O. Skakun, and M. Thatcher who gave the opportunity to defined the
 notion (concept) –constitutionalism, thank
 ’
 s to their scientific works. Interpreted the concept of the guideline of
 law in the context of constitutionalism, we converted our attention to the concept of sovereignity (independence),
 to the concept of law institutes, to the concept of public representation, to the concept of division (separation) of
 authority (power), to the concept of territorial integrity(entirety), to the concept of normative fixation(assignment).
 The author of the article emphasizes on the necessity to follow to the standards of constitution, due to its outlines.
 For deep studding we have taken European documents as European Social Charter and The Article of
 Confederacy. In some parts of the article you can find also the Declaration of Independence of Ukraine. The author
 of the article stresses on the need of deep shedding the category of Constitutional law constitutionalism, for
 modernization of the state and law in the future.
