New Records on Distribution of Medetera Species (Dolichopodidae, Diptera) from the Palaearctic
Region [Íîâûå äàííûå ïî ðàñïðîñòðàíåíèþ âèäîâ ðîäà Medetera (Dolichopodidae, Diptera)
Ïàëåàðêòèêè]. — Species of the genus Medetera Fischer von Waldheim previously unknown in cer-
tain local faunas were found in the collections of the Zoological Institute of Russian Academy of
Sciences, Voronezh University and among the material collected by R. Roskosny and
Dr. B. Warmelinger in Switzerland as well as by N. P. Krivosheina in Caucasus and Far East Russia.
These are: M. infumata Loew: {, Mongolia, Zentral aimak, 14 km O Ulan-Bator, 20.06.1967
(Kerzhner); {, Jakutsk, 8.06.1962 (Zhelokhovtsev); formerly known from Europe and Siberia;
M. pallipes (Zetterstedt): {, North Caucaus: Caucasus Natural Reserve, Guseripl, 21–22.05.1971
(Krivosheina); M. petrophiloides Parent: {, North Caucasus, Caucasus Natural Reserve, 18.06.1982
(Negrobov); M. pinicola Kowarz: 3 {, Far East, Ussuririjsk Reserve, 3.05.1969 (Krivosheina); 2 {,
North Caucasus, Teberda Reserve, 4–15.06.1981 (Lukasheva); the latter three species have been
known only from Europe. M. setiventris Thuneberg: {, South of European Russia, Krasnodar Region,
Ubinskaja, 8.06.1977 (Nikitskij); formerly known in European Russia from Leningrad and Voronezh
Regions; M. sibirica Negrobov: 2 }, East Siberia: Buriatia, Barguzin Natural Reserve, 21.07.1965
(Negrobov); formerly known from Novosibirsk Region; M. thunebergi Negrobov: {, 2 }, Switzerland,
Birmensdorf, predator of Scolytidae, 25.07.1997 (Warmelinger); formerly known from Europe and

A New Replacement Name in the Genus Eurytoma (Hymenoptera, Eurytomidae) [Íîâîå çàìåùàþùåå
íàçâàíèå â ðîäå Eurytoma (Hymenoptera, Eurytomidae)]. — Eurytoma iranicola Zerova, nom. n. for
Eurytoma iranica Zerova, 2004 (Zerova et al. Two New Species of the Genus Eurytoma
(Hymenoptera, Eurytomidae) from Iran // Vestnik zoologii. — 2004. — 38, N 1: 81), nomen pre-
occupied by Eurytoma iranica Narendran and Lotfalizadeh, 1999, Iran Agric. Research 18,
P. 199–202. The host of Eurytoma iranicola Zerova nom. n. is Osphranteria coerulescens Redtenbacher
(Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) on almond trees (Amygdalus). The host of E. iranica Narendran and
Lotfalizadeh is Eulecanium rugulosum Arch. (Homoptera, Coccidae). — M. D. Zerova (Schmalha-
