Описаны Eurytoma kuslitzkyi Zerova, sp. n. из Израиля и E. cornuta Zerova, sp. n. с юга Украины. Первый вид относится к группе видов robusta, отличается от всех других видов этой группы формой мезостернального киля, несущего два выступа. Второй вид относится к группе compessa, отличается от других видов этой группы наличием высокого острого выступа на боках среднегруди.

Eurytoma kuslitzkyi Zerova, sp. n.
Ma t e r i a l. Holotype }, Israel, Rehovot, ex Bactrocera oleae (Gmelin) (Tephritidae), 5.08.2008
(Kuslitzky). Paratypes: 3 }, 4 { with the same labels as the holotype.
F e m a l e (holotype; fig. 1, 1–3, 5). Length of body 2.0–2.4 mm, holotype 2.0 mm.
Body black; coxae black, femora black with yellow tips, tibiae black in the middle, yel-
low at the basal and distal parts, tarsi light yellow, almost white with brown last segments;
antennae with scape yellow, pedicel and flagellum light brown; fore wing hyaline, veins
light yellowish, almost white; tip of ovipositor brown.
Head from above much wider than pronotum, wider than long in ratio 45 : 21; POL
longer than OOL in ratio 10 : 3. Head in frontal view wider than high in ratio 45 : 35,
eyes bare, gena short, longitudinal eye diameter longer than gena in ratio 20 : 13; exter-
nal clypeus margin slightly incised in the middle, lower face with thin striae; sculpture
of face and occiput very thin with dense white and short pubescence; postgenal keel thin.
Antennae inserted some below middle of face, face cavity with thin lateral border; scape
short, not reaching mid ocellus, anellus very short, pedicel about 2/3 the length of first
flagellar segment; all flagellar segments somewhat longer than wide, first segment longer
than other segments; club distinct, wider than flagellum, pubescence of flagellum long,
setae as long as width of flagellar segments.
Mesosoma somewhat bulging, pronotum (from above) short, almost 3 times as wide
as long, shorter than scutum, which is some shorter than scutellum. Mesosternal keel dis-
tinet, with two projections, mesopleura with very fine reticulation.

Propodeum without median furrow, with fine reticulation. Fore coxa with distinct
lamella, mid coxa without lamella, hind coxa without vertical keel. Fore wing discus in
basal part almost bare, the distal 2/3 with very short white pubescence, speculum bare;
marginal, postmarginal and radial vein as 28 : 34 : 28.
Metasoma. Abdomen some longer than mesosoma (41 : 31) with very short petio-
lus, the lateral sides of tergits with very thin punctuation; only 5th, 6th tergits with short
white pubescence.
Ma l e (fig. 1, 4, 6). Length of body 1.1–2.0 mm. Colour and pubescens as female.
Petiole of gaster some longer than hind coxa. Antennae with scape not swollen; flagel-
lum 5-segmented, club 3-segmented. Flagellar pubescens sparse, segmental setae some
more than 1.5 times as long as width of segments..
Compa r a t i v e r ema r k s. Eurytoma kuslitzkyi Zerova, sp. n. belongs to the robus-
ta species group and differs from all the palearctic species of this group (Çåðîâà,
Ñåðåãèíà, 2006) by the structure of mesosternal shelf with two projections.
E t h ymo l o g y. The species is named after entomologist Wolf Kuslitzky who reared
this species from Bactrocera oleae in Israel.
Eurytoma cornuta Zerova, sp. n.
Mat e r i a l. Holotype }, Ukraine, Donetsk Province, Nature Reserve Kamennyye Mogily, 26.05.2009
(Simutnuk). Paratype: }, with the same label as in the holotype.
F ema l e (holotype; fig. 1, 7–9). Length of body 3.5 mm. Body black, coxae black,
femora black with yellow tips, tibiae black in the middle yellow in basal part and at the
tip; tarsi yellow with brown last segments; antennae black, including scape and pedicel;
fore wing hyaline, veins brown, tip of ovipositor dark brown.
Head from above stout, wider than pronotum, width to length 78 : 35; POL longer
than OOL in ratio 18 : 8. Head in frontal view wider than high in ratio 78 : 52; eyes promi-
nent, bare; longitudinal eye diameter equal to length of gena, external clypeus margin
some bulging, postgenal carina high and sharp; face and occiput with white dense
pubescence and strong umbilicate sculpture; the face cavity deep, with sharp border on
the sides. Antennae inserted in the middle of the face, scape not reaching the mid ocel-
lus, anellus very short, pedicel much shorter than the first flagellar segment; all flagellar
segments longer than wide, the first segment almost twice as long as wide, club 3-seg-
mented, not wider than flagellum, pubescence of flagellum very short.
Mesosoma some bulging (in profile), pronotum (from above) long, 1.5 longer than wide,
some longer than scutum, but slightly shorter than scutellum; mesopleuron with thin lon-
gitudinal carina and row of punctures in front of it; sculpture posterior of carina with thin
punctuation; corn before mid coxa high and sharp; prepectus flat. Propodeum with deep medi-
an carina and deep punctures at sides. Fore coxa with developed lamella, mid coxa with-
out lamella, hind coxa without vertical keel. Fore wing discus with dense short brown
pubescence, only speculum bare, marginal, postmarginal and radial veins as 35 : 47 : 22.
Metasoma with very short petiolus, abdomen as long as mesosoma; lateral sides of
3–6th abdominal tergites with thin punctation, 4–6th with long white pubescence.
Ma l e not known.
Compa r a t i v e r ema r k s. Eurytoma cornuta Zerova, sp. n. belongs to the com-
pressa species group. It differs from all the species of this group by sharp corn on meso-
pleura.
E th ymo lo g y. The species name cornuta refers to the characters of sculpture of the
mesopleuron.
