The inbred progeny of K-82 varietal sample and hybrid progeny of ‘Gebe’ variety were employed for the trial. Differences in variation of features in the first and second year of vegetation in either variety were revealed. The optimum doses of dimethylsulphate for the use in selection of chrysanthemum were determined.
