Исследован количественный и качественный состав свободных и конъюгированных форм гиббереллиноподобных веществ (ГПВ) в стерильном и фертильном талломах зеленой пресноводной водоросли Chara contraria A. Br. Изучали уровни ГПВ в ооспорах, ризоидах, двух нижних междоузлиях, в листьях средней и апикальной частей фертильного таллома водоросли. Показано, что листья верхней части главного побега репродуктивного таллома хары характеризуются высоким содержанием гиббереллинов (в основном за счет связанных форм). The research was carried out in the quality and quantity composition of free and conjugated forms of gibberellin-like substances (GLS) in sterile and fertile thallies of the green freshwater alga Chara contraria A. Br. The levels of GLS in oospores, rysoids, two lower internodes were studied in leaves of both middle and apical parts of the fertile thalli of the algae. It was found that the leaves of the upper part of the main stem of the reproductive chara thalli are characterized with high gibberellin content (due mainly to the bound forms).
